BRAVE Moves is a monthly, in-person grief wellness gathering for bereaved mothers (miscarriage through adult child loss).

BRAVE Moves isn’t about fitness or pushing through. It’s a gentle, grief-informed space to move with grief in a way that feels grounding, supportive, and empowering — together.

✨️ BRAVE Moves Madison's June Experience is FOREST BATHING with Kate Bast of Shinrin-Yoku Madison at Holy Widsom Monastery ✨️ We have also reserved the fire pit to honor the first day of summer and invite you to linger afterwards for extended connection time. 

Forest Bathing, also called Nature Therapy is a gentle, guided experience that invites you to slow down and connect with nature through your senses. Moving at an easy pace, we’ll create space for breath, reflection, and quiet moments of presence. This practice offers a supportive way to ground the body, calm the mind, and allow nature’s steady rhythm to hold what you’re carrying.

Every registered attendee receives:
- A Bereaved Together journal
- Light refreshments
- A movement and wellness experience
- A supportive community of fellow loss moms who understand
- A pampering care package to take home

Your registration is offered back to you when you show up: choose to have your fee refunded, rolled over to use the next month, or donate it back to Bereaved Together to help cover the costs of the session and gift it forward to another grieving mom.

Registration is required (limited space to protect the sacredness of the room).
